Back in Berkeley
So…. I’ve been terrible, no good, and very bad about blogging…
But I’m back, tail between my legs, ready to give it another shot.
After all, summer school is over and I need another thing to help me procrastinate! After a six week stay in LA, six weeks in summer school (doing nothing but reading and writing, mind you) rewarded me with straight A’s. Pepper in moving...

My newest Berkeley obsession? Everett & Jones BBQ on San Pablo, of course.
THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST BBQ I HAVE HAD OUTSIDE OF THE SOUTH!
And that’s saying a lot! It’s not much on the eyes, but when I see a shack-like building that’s absolutely packed, I have to stop. It was cash only, but after a quick trip to the ATM, the food was well worth the wait.

Last week, I spent the night in the Mission after a little too much to drink. Wake up, and where to go? Four Barrell Coffee, of course. They only have whole or soy milk, and it makes their rich roast that much better.
This place was awesome- bright, not cozy and bookish like other coffee shops, and you can watch them roasting the coffee in a huge in-house machine. It’s quite the educational...

First post in a few days, and I’m happy to say I’m writing it on my new Dell Inspiron mini!
10” screen, of course! Trying to type on it is a bit of a challenge- my other lap top is huge! I can’t wait to take it out to play at my favorite coffee shop, Village grounds and enjoy it with some organic free trade iced coffee!

Finished midterms this afternoon and headed into San Francisco. On the way back, totally blanked out for five minutes, and ended up on some random road. I don’t even remember getting off of the freeway. It must really be time for a break!
