Happy April Fools Day BBs! Though totally untrue, it’s totally funny- I forgot the occassion and fell for it! It’s the one day a year you have an excuse to play tricks on all your friends and family and not get in trouble, so enjoy! I’d hope that your friends and fam are cool enough to endure a little troublemaking year round, but hey, some people need an excuse to lighten up!
In honor of the mischievous day, I once called my mom, told her I got wasted the night before and woke up with an itchy and painful rash on my back. Then, when I looked in the mirror, I had a huge dragon tat down my spine- and my wild night started to come back to me, including strip clubs and shots of vodka. Hey, I was 17 and I’d just moved to LA: she totally believed me, and was really upset until I shouted “April Fools!” and my roommate and I proceeded to roll around on the floor laughing for at least half an hour.
